This is what you’ll be doing 🔨

As a Product Support Specialist, we train you to be a true GoodHabitz guru. Together with your teammates:

  • You form a knowledge beacon for both customers and colleagues;
  • You manage your own case queue and man our main phone line;
  • You provide internal knowledge-sharing sessions;
  • You consult new and existing customers on the most suitable implementation technique;
  • You write and maintain our customer manuals and help to build our brand new online Helpcenter;
  • You are the last link in the chain of producing our online training courses and make sure that new courses are published on our learning platform.

You also have the following skills

It’s not a must but it would be a plus if you would:

  • Be fluent in one or more foreign languages like German, French, Spanish or Portuguese. Especially in countries like Spain and Germany, we see a significant increase in the use of our online training courses;
  • Have affinity with e-learning and/or technical knowledge of online (learning) platforms;
  • Have experience in positions where you have shown your true service heart.
