Traineeships at APG: developing yourself and contributing to the lives of 4.5 million people

A traineeship at the asset management department of APG means continuously developing in an organization at the heart of society. We see a bright future for young talents at APG.

 

APG offers talented university graduates a promising start to their careers: a traineeship with the pension provider and asset manager that works daily on the income of today, tomorrow and beyond of almost five million Dutch people.

 

The traineeship at APG starts October 1st, takes two years and consists of four assignments of six months. The assignments are aligned as closely as possible to your qualities, studies and development wishes, and APG's goals. The aim is for you to be completely ready for a permanent position within two years.

 

To shape your development and career, we enable you to participate in various education and training courses, you are assigned a specific coach for each assignment and coach for the whole of your traineeship. We expect a lot of you, but you're never alone. We build your long-term future together.

Apply before March 9

We are curious to learn more about your cognitive skills and personality preferences. You make the test from home.

Capacity and personality test March 15-20

It's difficult to decide which track suits you best. Therefore you and a traineeship mentor check together if you are on the right track during the candidate chat.

Online candidate chat March 27 or 28

Your first live introduction to APG. Finally you see the office en get to know APG employees. You also get to know fellow candidates (maybe your future colleagues), and you do a case and roleplay. The final step towards the start of your career at APG.

Matchdag April 12

We offer you a permanent contract from the start. Welcome, new colleague!
