Specialist Product Marketing (m/f/d)

- Bochum -

As part of the Trafineo Product team you connect and support departments throughout the company with internal and external communication. You translate complex products, service & processes in better understandable terms by using an easy-to-understand language and appropriately prepared material.

# Responsibilities

• Help your diverse team with the internal & external communication.
• Create & maintain guides / newsletters / briefing papers for internal & external stakeholders
  
• Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external training courses (new features, products, services)
• Organization of administrative tasks in day-to-day business – like supporting the maintenance of our web portals, translation management and similar tasks
• Maintain & improve the knowledge management of the department and organization

# Professional qualifications

• Completed studies or training in marketing & communication and first experiences through internships or similar
• Excellent communication (in German & English) and learning skills, as well as creativity and the ability to simplify complex issues
• Experience with image editing programs such as Photoshop or Gimp
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or Matomo Analytics
• Experience in usage of Microsoft 365 (especially Sharepoint) tools
• Basic knowledge in the use of content management systems such as WordPress or Liferay
